Over the years Roger Dean's artwork has graced the covers of albums by many rock, motown or progressive rock bands and posters of the Roger Dean's cover art were published both in the seventies and eighties. In the 70s a big vinyl LP sleeve really showed off Roger Dean's artwork well but nowadays you need to see a poster to appreciate the art because CD cases are so tiny whilst Roger Dean's paintings are so big! Here are some of the posters that have been published -
Asia
Dragon by Roger Dean = first Asia
album cover art published as a Pomegranate poster in the
nineties.
Asia
Pyramid by Roger Dean = second Asia
album cover art published as a Pomegranate poster in the
nineties.

Green Castle Big

early seventies - consequently very rare and collectible.
Greenslade album
'Bedside Manners Are Extra' Big O poster by Roger
Dean published in the early seventies and extremely
collectible because, not only is the poster very rare, but the
original was destroyed in a fire and no longer exists. The reason
the character has five arms is because Roger Dean was sketching
different positions for the arms, finally couldn't decide which
positions he liked best so he decided to keep them all!
Greenslade album cover Jade
Sea by Roger Dean published as a
Pomegranate poster in the nineties.
Floating Islands
by Roger Dean published as Pomegranate poster in
the nineties.
Motown Chartbusters
by Roger Dean published as poster by Big O in
the very early seventies and consequently rare. It is a bit of a
puzzle how Roger Dean's artwork came to adorn a Motown label
cover but then in the early seventies practically everyone wanted
a Roger Dean cover at some point.

latter in very short supply.
